If a product does not have a price, it may mean that the item is temporarily out of stock.

How to Order

*Select the products you want. Click on “Add to my cart” to add the desired products to your shopping list.

*The ‘Shopping Cart’ provides a summary of items you selected to order.
  Here you can do the following:
  ◎ return to the main website and continue shopping;
  ◎ modify the quantity of products purchased;
  ◎ remove the list of the products no more needed;
  ◎ to finalize your order, click ‘Checkout’. This will take you to the checkout page.  (you may click on “View my shopping cart” at any time to confirm every item, especially colors, sizes and etc.).
 
*Fill in the required information and click "Submit" to complete the order.  (please ensure the information are correct to protect your own rights. )

*You will receive the "Order Confirmation" with order details, estimated the shipping cost and payment method information in couple days.
  ◎ Check out the order detail. Decide the preferred shipping method and make the payment by your own.
  ◎ Meanwhile, as long as you provide the paypal account/email, you'll receive the "Payment Request" sent via paypal to expedite the purchase process. (registered air mail is the default setting for paypal payment request.)
 
*Parcels will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. (if you've joined as a member, you may log in at anytime and click on “Order inquiry” to check the status of your order.)

*You will then receive notification of parcel shipped from paypal once your order has been dispatched along with your parcel’s tracking number.(→EMS only; for airmail shipping, please email us to inquire the tracking number.)


Order Confirmation

The amount you see when you click on “checkout” does not include the shipping fees. Please do not pay before we have confirmed the shipping cost and the total payment with you.
  We offer two methods of shipping to choose: Economic method (registered air mail) or faster method (EMS).
  Shipping fees and delivery days of 2 methods are different.

Delivery days (*estimated delivery days do not take into account local holidays.)
  ◎ Air mail: about 14-21 business days (*some shipping areas may take up to 45 days for delivery. e.g. Brazil, France)
  ◎ EMS: about 5-8 business days

If you have not received a payment notification in 3 days after placing your order, the payment notification may have been lost along the way. Please e-mail us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders will be reserved between 7-10 days after the payment notification has been sent.  If you do not proceed with the payment step, orders will be automatically cancelled after the payment deadline and the record will be deleted. Please do not make the payment after deadline.

※Since we promote our products periodically, you may encounter situations where we were not able to remove an out-of-stock item from our website in time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
