If a product does not have a price, it may mean that the item is temporarily out of stock or the shipment of the new product has not arrived yet.
After selecting the products you want, click on “Add to my cart” to add the selected products to your shopping list.
The products you have just confirmed will appear on your “checkout list”. You may click on “View my shopping cart” at any time to confirm every item (especially colors, sizes and etc.). If there are no problems with your order, please click on “checkout”.
Completing and submitting the required information (please make sure the information you have provided are correct to protect your own rights. Also, please don’t forget to leave your contact number so we may contact you if necessary during the shipping process)
After receiving the list of products you have selected in your order, we will check our inventory for them as soon as possible. Since we promote our products periodically, you may encounter situations where we were not able to remove an out-of-stock item from our website in time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
After making sure that we have the products in stock, we will calculate the shipping fees and send a payment notification to you. If you have not received a payment notification within three days after placing your order, the payment notification may have been lost along the way. Please e-mail us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
The amount you see when you click on “checkout” is not including the shipping fees. After receiving your order, we will weigh the products you have chosen and offer two different methods of shipping. You can choose from EMS or air parcel. Shipping fees is dependent on the transportation method you choose, and the time it takes the product to reach you will be dependent on the transportation method as well.
You may log in at anytime and click on “Order inquiry” to check the status of your order
Orders will be reserved between 7-10 days after the payment notification has been sent. Orders will be automatically canceled after the payment deadline and the record will be deleted. Please do not make a payment after the payment deadline since no shipping information will be available
